The City of Dallas Courts recently signed a three-year contract with The Blue Ocean for strategic communication help streamlining community and employee engagement.
Chief Prosecutor, Fred Williams, Judge Daniel Solis, Director, Gloria Carter and other high ranking officials will work with the TBO team to create a dynamic web portal and strategic videos for both internal and external communication.

Our Founder Curtis Thornton continued leadership training at Collin County on Wednesday. This third session included a civilization mapping project. This unique exercise forces leaders to illustrate their departmental cultures highlighting the significance of personality, influence and organizational development.
Collin County County Clerk Stacey Kemp signed The Blue Ocean in January for a TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT package. Once the training is completed TBO will present Collin County with a detailed ROI Report to ensure key objectives exceeded expectations.
In preparation for our upcoming shoot our founder Curtis Thornton led a training session with over 12 employees at The City Of Dallas Employee Retirement Fund (ERF). Curtis taught the future actors and writers our Lights, Camera, Action model that focuses on creating video strategically. They learned about scripting, body language, and script delivery.
After the teaching session the actors were able to apply their new knowledge in front of the camera receiving one-on-one coaching by Curtis. This training session is a continuing of our relationship with ERF and we hope to continue the relationship for years to come. Selecting the TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT package, Curtis is guiding thirteen key leaders on a six month curriculum featuring theory, case study and application.
The Sheraton Dallas signed up for The Blue Ocean’s REVENUE GROWTH package. First, TBO created a strategic video incorporating employee testimonials, and dynamic B-Roll from the beautiful hotel in Dallas. Second, TBO helped Sheraton create a branded web portal customized for their client.
Applying TBO’s E3 Formula— Engage, Educate, Execute— Sheraton was able to secure the large high-profile contract.
